Would You Eat This? NJ Creamery Concocts Pork Roll-Flavored Ice Cream

A dairy farm in New Jersey is getting as Jersey as they come by introducing its new ice cream flavor: pork roll.

Windy Brow Farms created the “Taylor ham ice cream” after the brand of pork roll famously known by its residents. The ice cream combines a mix of French toast with chunks of pork roll. The farm’s managing partner Jake Hunt notes that just putting pork alone in the ice cream would have been “gross” so they’ve added French toast to make it sweet and salty. It’s all part of a new line of flavors they’re calling “Only in Jersey.”
