Welcome To The One Of The Sleepiest Days Of The Year

It was a struggle for many to get out of bed today.

The first day back to work in January is also called the second sleepiest day of the year. The first is New Year's Day and the third is July 5th. That’s according to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. They suggest setting sleep goals as a resolution, such as getting at least seven hours of shuteye a night.

A lack of sleep is linked to a risk of diabetes, stroke, obesity and depression. What sleep can do for you is aid weight loss, fight off infection, and avoid chronic diseases.
