25-year-old YouTube personality Camille Johnson is calling attention to a medical bill her younger sister received that billed her for crying. She tweeted out a picture of the bill with the line item “BRIEF EMOTIONAL/BEHAV ASSMT” circled in red along with the charge for the service…$40.

Camille says her sister has a rare disease and got emotional during the visit, but she says, “they charged her $40 without addressing why she is crying, trying to help, doing any evaluation, any prescription, nothing.” The tweet has gone viral with over 66k retweets so far, and commenters sharing their own medical bill horror stories.
