How does A ‘Cheesy Martini’ Sound?

Cheese lovers are in for a treat because Velveeta has just released their take on a dirty martini: the “Velvitini.” Made with Velveeta-infused vodka (yes really), this new creation was conceived by Velveeta along with BLT Restaurant Group.

The drink promises Velveeta’s signature cheese flavors along with olive brine and vermouth and is topped with Velveeta-stuffed olives, jumbo Velveeta shells and cheese with a cheese rim dip.

It’s being offered in select locations of this steakhouse chain in New York, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Chicago. If you want one, turn up during their “golden hour” of 5-8pm and shell out $15. But of you can’t make it to one of the participating restaurants, there is a kit available from Goldbelly to make the drink at home. It costs $50 and comes with:

  • Recipe card
  • Two martini glasses
  • Gold cocktail shaker
  • Jar of olives
  • Box of Velveeta jumbo shells and cheese
  • Velveeta cheese sauce to infuse vodka
