Patrick Dempsey has been in the running for years and exclaims ‘I've always been the bridesmaid!” Dempsey started a fan frenzy when he starred in “Grey’s Anatomy” with those blue eyes nearly two decades ago and he’ll be doing the same in the film “Ferrari.” The Maine native says “I’m glad it’s happening at this point in my life. It’s nice to have the recognition, and certainly my ego takes a little bump, but it gives me the platform to use it for something positive.” Dempsey wants to use the honor to boost the Dempsey Center, which he founded in honor of his late mom to support cancer patients and their loved ones.
