Across the USA, drunk driving accidents continue to kill. When it happens, people look for someone or something to blame.
In 2008, the Dogfish Head Alehouse in Gaithersburg, Md is alleged to have served Michael Eaton, 17 beers and several other hard liquor drinks the same night he later was speeding on 270 and rear ended another car, killing a 10 year old girl.
He pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was sent to prison. Now the little girl's grandparents tried to sue the bar but the court ruled that bars are not responsible for customers once they have left the establishment.
